FINANCE

If you are financing the purchase of your apartment, now is the time to make contact with your financier to make arrangements and update them on the forecast settlement period being March 2019.

VALUATIONS

To finalise the financing process, your financier will likely require a valuer to access your apartment to provide a valuation in accordance with your loan requirements.

We are working with our development team to allow valuers onsite access to your apartment to undertake valuations.  As this is still a construction site, for safety reasons this will need to be on an appointment basis.

PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTIONS

The opportunity to inspect your new apartment will be in late February 2019 or you can appoint your agent. On the day, an Arden representative will accompany you or your agent to your new apartment and the common facilities. During the inspection you will have the opportunity to note any defects.

SETTLEMENT

Once the survey plans have been registered, titles issued and the Body Corporate established our Solicitors will issue a notice of Settlement to your nominated Solicitor or to yourself if self-acting.

Your agent will contact you to notify you of this milestone. Anticipated Settlement date will occur in March 2019.

The settlement will take place at HWL Ebsworth located at Level 14, 264 – 278 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

The apartment keys will be available onsite at Emporia once settlement has taken place.
